Web Checkout (iFrame)

The Hosted PCI Checkout Express module allows merchants to take credit card information on any page of their website. This includes checkout and my account pages. Hosted PCI uses an “iFrame” that can be easily installed on any website. Our iFrame is secure and is 100% Level 1 PCI Compliant. Our merchant’s websites never see the customer credit card information. That means, our merchants websites are not in scope for PCI Compliance requirements!

Call Center (IVR)

Our IVR system is quite unique because instead of the customer service representative pass the customer off to the IVR alone our system is a 3-way conference call. This allows the customer to stay in contact with the CSR in case they have any questions. While the customer is entering the credit card number our IVR will insert additional tones in order to mask the credit card number to the CSR as well as any recorder.

3rd Party API (Dispatch)

The hostedPCI 3rd Party Web Services API can be accessed by any eCommerce system that needs to submit credit card transactions to a 3rd party web service with the use of the HPCI credit card token. Tokens can be obtained through the implementation of the HPCI Express iFrame solution or the HPCI mobile page proxy solution. This document assumes that HPCI tokens have been generated and available for use with the HPCI 3rd Party Web Service API.
